    Are we allowed to know what the cup`s were won for ----  swimming, sewing, top of the class--- they`re almost as big as you two! Well done.

    Yes! The trophies were for Athletics - Elizabeth Sub-Senior Girl Champion and myself Senior Girl Champion. That was back in the days when I could run fast - for a long time!
